Glen Helen
I was feeling a little disappointed in my day spent in the freezing cold in the local nature preserve. Everything was far too monotone and my camera was not picking up what my eye was seeing. Plus I got mud all over my bum!! But I did spot some seriously funny looking mushrooms growing underneath of the bark of a tree.
There is definatly something about mushrooms that I just love. Maybe its the fact that I see them pop up out of nowhere and disappear the next day, like they are magical or something. Or, perhaps, its because they love eachother soooo much that they grow in big clusters. Whatever the reason, I spent a ridiculous half hour freezing my buns off taking pictures of these silly mushrooms while passer-byers raised eyebrows.

Here is one of my favorite watercolor paintings. Yes, it's a little scary...but this happened to be the mood I was in when I created it! I'm much better now...no worries!!
I've recently created a cafe press website where you can buy designs (like this one and others) on selected merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, coasters, and posters. So show the world how you feel and sport some CrAzY designs...or at least check it out for sh*ts and giggles :D
